Brian Fulbright, owner of Fulbright Construction, has lived and worked in the Pagosa Springs area since 1993, specializing in concrete construction. Over the years, he developed a strong passion for the decorative concrete industry and has continued to expand his expertise in the field.

Brian has attended stamped concrete and concrete countertop workshops and classes across the country, learning from industry leaders such as Bob Harris, President of the Decorative Concrete Institute, and Doug Bannister, former owner and operator of The Stamp Store in Oklahoma City.

For many years, Brian has incorporated his time-saving innovation, the Tech Trowel, into his work. Today, he is focused on sharing this tool with concrete finishers around the world to help improve efficiency and craftsmanship across the industry.
